His sire, ZA 19 BPF D1588, is a Cradock Federation winner and a fourth-generation descendant of the “AFTOON” family. After his racing career, he developed into an outstanding foundation breeder and became the sire of ZA D3393, which achieved 1st Club and 2nd Federation.
ZA 19 BPF D1588 is also closely related to several proven performers and breeders, including ZA BPF D3938, a successful stock hen for Jannie Kruger; ZA BPF D2282, which achieved 1st, 2nd and 10th Federation; the “SAMAJOOR COCK”; and ZA BPF D1575, a Federation winner and prolific breeder.
His dam, ZA 19 BPFD D1580, is a magnificent stock hen bred from the finest Aftoon Ace Pigeon family. She is a daughter of the original “AFTOON COCK,” one of Sansom Lofts’ most influential foundation breeders, paired to ZA 19 BPFD D1972, a proven breeding hen from the De Norre Janssen family.
The offspring of ZA 19 BPFD D1580 have already produced leading performers for D. Nel and T. Annadale during the 2025 season.
